David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
