Can't fault the communication of this company, was great communication but the prices are way too high. Even tho I couldn't get the quote out of them kept on saying they will be working through the leak until they identify exactly what it is. When they found that silicone needed replacing in the 2 corners of the bathroom I thought yeah no problem silicone wouldn't cost that much.. and at the end I was charged ÂŁ200 !! Really liked the communication, however wouldn't use again due to the pricing.
