Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

Al turned up exactly as planned and worked very hard at the job. He went to a lot of trouble to match up flooring and skirting - very neat work. He also tidied up after work, so there was minimal finishing for me to do. The electrician he worked with was similarly excellent. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to others or using him again. Well done!

Andy's work was excellent, he told me the job would take 2-3 days and sure enough he finished in 2 1/2 days. The workmanship is really good, Andy is a cut above the rest, I can't praise his work highly enough, many many thanks. JNJ.

Excellent job done. Professional from start to finish. Friendly and approchable. Turned up when he said he would. Had lots of problems to fix in my kitchen but nothing was a problem for Ewan, even the unexpected issues. Went above and beyond at times. The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job.
