Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
