George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Three guys (in late twenties/ mid thirties) came along and sorted out the broken slate plus the chimney flashing and flaunched it (new one on me it is putting mortar around the chimney pots and top of chimney but I looked it up and that is the correct term) as age had caused mortar degradation around chimney as well. Result leak fixed no more problems now after recent rain showed photos before and after doing the job. Very pleasant guys if I have any more slate roof problems I know Michael is go to

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
