George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Really pleased we went with Jamie and his gang. The standard and quality of the work completed was impeccable. Very clean tidy workers, polite, friendly, punctual and put us at ease. It was very clear from day one they had all been given clear instructions by jamie and they just cracked on and got the job finished in a timely manner. Really cannot find fault, will definitely make jamie my go to builder for any future projects
Alex was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was also recommended by my builder. He was very thorough. He took photographs of areas of concern and discussed the work with us before he went ahead. I was very happy with the work and the cost and am now confident that my roof will live another few years.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
