He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Martin was very quick to respond (posted the job at 9PM and he was at our house bang on the agreed time the next morning!). Price was perhaps a little higher than competitors (10-15% or so) but it was complete next day and we agreed price upfront so I can’t complain.
