George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Joseph did a fantastic job laying new flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom had some tricky issues with the existing condition of the floor which he patiently worked through in order to get a finish he was happy with - which was a very high standard. The job took longer than expected due to the issues with bathroom flooring, but Joseph kept me really well informed throughout so nothing came as a surprise. Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten
