George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Messy, emulsion has several runs/drips and his cutting in skills poor. There is emulsion on brand new window and even on the outside of my brand new external door. I have to clean my fridge freezer and there is a significant spill on the top of the kitchen cabinets. The white definitely needs a second coat and some areas will need to be sanded down and redone, the ceiling spots will also need to be remove and cleaned. Did not lift sockets and switches to give a good finish. Left his rubbish.

Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back
