Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

I even looked after and fed his poorly son while he did half the job. Do not use. Unprofessional and has taken my money.
