BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good. Our previous gardeners work was awful and they left our garden in a very poor state. We found Paul from Horti-Cultured, I spoke to him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful. He posted me a quote and a booklet with photos of his previous work, the quote was very reasonable and the photos showed the quality of his work. I am pleased to say Paul is now our new gardener and I would highly recommend him as after only 2 visits so far my garden is looking great.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Due to family helpin with the clean I didn't use these but they was very professional in getting back to me an I would recommend them as nice fair and they seemed like they was a good price as well!

From flat pack furniture, hanging stuff on the walls(pictures ,courtains...etc), laminate flooring, to small issues in kitchen and bathroom( leaking taps...etc), plaster board and painting.
