Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Very clear communication throughout the job and completed very promptly. I would absolutely use them again. Many thanks for your work

A couple of things I did mention to Chris for example the edge of the door not painted and the wall behind the bed not enough emulsion on the paper so paper coming away from wall don't mean to be picky but I feel I paid enough money for the job so I would have liked it perfect

The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. Kyle renovated our kitchen ready for us to install kitchen units. He put up a new ceiling and plastered the walls. He laid a new floor and told us that he had levelled it for tiles. Floor has not been levelled properly. There is a raised area in the middle of the floor. We can’t tile without relaying. Kyle damaged our UPVC back door, there’s a hole in it. Ceiling has a gap, I can see through to the joists. Can’t contact Kyle, won’t answer phone or message on here.
