Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. AVOID. This woman obviously knows about plants & likes to 'potter' in the garden but she is not a commercial gardener, borrowing our garden tools for example and unwilling to follow my instructions (he who pays the piper calls the tune Becky!) left job unfinished as not happy with quote she had given because taking too long. Paying her by the hour would have been even more of a disaster!
