They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Jason and his team were excellent right from quote to completion of the job. They stayed until late to get the job finished in the day. It was a bit awkward to get the tank swapped, but they got it done! Recommended!

Efficient and helpful
They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.

I am a fully qualified gas safe and Oftec engineer and specialise in boiler replacement and servicing Prior to this I spent 25 years in the building trade and still undertake extensions and small building projects . I find with being. A heating engineer as well it enables me to carry out all the work apart from the electrical Which speeds the job up

Punctual, efficient and value for money
I have over 17years of experience in the building trade. Im new to rated people and joined because i know its so inmortant for people to have full trust in the builder from start to finish on any building work. Rated people start the trust off.
The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.
