They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Graham was professional from initial contact to completion. He, with his team of 2 more painters, were friendly and helpful at all times. They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.
I am a tradesman that believes in old fashioned valves a builder should arrive on time on the day they have arranged with the customer and stay on that job until it is finished, I will not be juggling 3 or 4 jobs and letting you down.
Andrew Macdonald was very helpful and respectful, he undertook my original jobs but as I was please with the work completed, I asked him to do some more work a. I am very fussy and would use Mr. Macdonald again.

The work started a bit later than expected but foul weather had delayed earlier outside painting jobs. When the work started it was completed quickly, neatly and without fuss.
