I recently had the pleasure of working with One 9 Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jason, is not only incredibly skilled but also a genuinely nice guy. From the moment he provided the initial quote to the completion of the project, Jason and his team were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. They replaced our entire roof and did some chimney work. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding.

Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. The work of cleaning the gutters was done very quickly and competently. The workers arrived on time and worked to the quote agreed beforehand. The quote seemed well within the expected price for this job, especially considering it hadn’t been carried out for several years

To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

All work as carried out to a high standard, as I live 140 miles away I had to leave the key with them and all of the work was completed when they said it would be, there is one small touch up job where a hole had not been filled (by another contractor) after the removal of a down lighter and they have offered to pop back in to just finish the painting so all in all very happy. nic.

I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Great value for money, quality finish and done on time! This was a 5 bedroom, 2 reception rooms, 2 stairways and 2 landings, the job was done to the highest standard by Syed. I have had a lot of tradesman working on my renovation and Syed is the only tradesman I would recommend to family and friends. He was very respectful of our house, great manner and trustworthy. He does what he says in his quote, easy to deal with and straight forward.
