My name is Keith Roberts and I have been in the construction industry for 38 years. I am primarily a professional decorator and paper hanger. I have worked all over the UK and on restoration projects in Italy. I set up East Kent Renovations to bring together the much sort after skills and expertise of various tradesmen and craftsmen I've either worked with or had dealings with over the years. Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. Overall I am very happy to have found him and I have been giving him more jobs to do in my house. I recommend him highly.

Whilst Kitchens are in my blood, I also specialise in Bathroom fitting. Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
