Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

In discussing having a wall rendered, Vladimir was really helpful in suggesting materials and colour. Everything I asked was completed on time and for the price agreed. The wall coping, caps and the render are of great quality and I would most certainly recommend and use Vladimir again for work

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

Awful job. Obvious Andy didn't have the skills to do the job but attempted it anyway. Didn't take the doors off before starting to plane them! Didn't measure up! 5hrs later the house is covered in sawdust, one door has been badly planed and fits worse than before and is no longer secure to the frame. None of the rest of the jobs done.Then he ups and leaves. Not a handyman, just an idiot and a disaster, Wouldn't trust him to change a lightbulb. Will cost me £100 to fix his mess

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

I was very pleased with SGP, they provided an excellent speedy service and were very nice people to deal with. I felt like my home was in good hands as they were respectful, hard working and efficient. The job started off well, but as the day went on the quality of the work went downhill. Just about every corner of the wall which was papered has been torn and some were filled with bits of paper so that I wouldnt notice, but they kept falling out. There are gaps between some pieces and the wallpaper around the doors, looked like it had been cut with a knife and fork. If you want a cheap job done quickly you'll be fine, if you want a good job done properly to perfection dont bother.
