Valentin visited me twice to discuss what we wanted. He explained everything, showed examples, answered any questions and provided an itemised quote. He attended on the agreed dates to carry-out the work and was punctual. He with Abel, working methodically did an excellent job, completing it on time and they removed all waste. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Communicates well, was very nice. Hung my TV up above the fireplace - asked me all the right questions to make sure it was ok to do so (type of wall behind the plaster, will the fireplace be used and double checked which way the electrical wiring ran for the socket installed on the mantle (now sits behind the TV). He was also available on a quick turnaround.
