Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

Pleasant and got on with the job. Worked well and didn't stop till finished. He papered 2 bedrooms. Painted too. He squared off a wall around a window to improve finish in 1 room. Radiators also painted. Very happy with finish. Adam was the cheapest quote but it was his manner that i liked best as quotes were close. Would contact Adam again.

I.needed the job done quick and Joe came out the next day to provide a quote which was very reasonable. Joe came back the following day and completed the job to a very high standard ahead of schedule. Joe even touched up a few bit's of paint in other rooms athink no extra cost

Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

Really happy with the work done on our staircase. We needed urgent work done to create a new floor to ceiling bannister to keep one of our autistic sons safe.
