Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
