Excellent, very friendly and helpful. Kept us informed about progress and future plans. Dealt with any questions and problems without any quibbling. Although he was unable to make one day; he gave us plenty of notice and made up for the day without a problem into the following week. Super happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. Do not use this company - first time it rained my roof leaked again. I was already suspicious because of the way they begged to be paid immediately afterward then failed to send me any documentation including a 2 year guarantee. DO NOT USE!
