The quote was very competitive, and we thought Ryan was friendly and knew what he was talking about, so we decided to go with him. He then came round the next day - a Saturday - to fix the roof tiles, and he did an excellent job of matching the missing ridge tiles and rear tiles. Thermoseal team responded quickly to my initial request and when on site talked me through the options. We had a complete roof replacement, which was the best decision as further deterioration was found in the roof timbers which needed additional work. The team were able to adjust their plan to accommodate the additional repairs. The slates, woodwork and a valley were all replaced. They also tidied up the existing chimney stacks and redid the lead work. I would recommend them of any work.

Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.
