Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Jim came out priced job and set a date. Turned up on time as agreed and guy battered in all day to do ceiling and walls for me. All Good and painted now. Cheaper than most quotes I got so would recommend others choose him Over bigger companies

After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.

We needed one of our empty properties system drained whilst it remains emptied, and it was completed the same day. Great job done and would highly recommend! We have other works to be completed in the future and we will most definitely be a returning customer.
