Keith Baker offered good advice and provided exactly what was agreed and on time for my Cotswold stone slate roof repairs in November 2014. Work also included replacement wood facia board. Would definatetly use him again.

We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Don't be put off if you are a distance away from where Bill is based as Arbiter Coatings travelled a long way to us and had other jobs in our area, We can see why these guys are in high demand.

Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. I am planning similar work on my kitchen and shall certainly be inviting Root Construction to give me a quote.

Donal came out within 24 hours and gave a more than competitive quote , This father and son (Brett) team are not only excellent traders men but are generally just lovely people!! They arrived when they said they would, and got on with the job. !! Worked solid through the 3 days it took to complete my job and the standard was first class !! They were professional, friendly , polite and respectful as well as good at what they do, I will definitely be using them again ! If they will come back! Thanks guys x

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended! came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
