Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Be careful of this company. These people are thieves . This company came out and quoted my job. They ask for half for down payment. Which was £2400 of which I pay And the other half when the job is completed. They received the frist payment of £2400 and they brought a palette of brick and started the porch. Which was in poor standards . Pointed it out . The boss Michelle agree and said they will correct it. They never returned and they block my no. Be very careful of these people. Would no recommend them

Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.

plastering chases job. spoke to him on the phone sounded good then when he got on the job. he started work. then sent me a text saying he as started then he as done 1 because he carnt get it done in one day. not even bothered to ring me and talk about the matter just left site then sent me a msg! very very not happy!

Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.

Very dissapointing. Big puddles in flagged pathway, grouting very poor and messy workmanship, will have to get someone else in to put it right.
