Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Alin and the team did a great job! They put in a lot of hard work and managed to get everything done in a timely manner; building a new wall & pocket door system, laying flooring and decorating. They were polite and communicative throughout and finished things to a good standard. Alin kept me informed of additional material costs & pointed things out that might need my attention later. I would recommend and would use them again.

Tomasz recently completed a 3 bedroom and 1 reception room refurbishment for us and was responsive and communicative throughout which greatly assisted the process. He had some great ideas and his team (Leon and Pawel) were hard working and delivered some fantastic work, completely refurbishing our bedrooms whilst we still lived in the property and building much from scratch with good finishing skills. James and his team replaced the whole roof and carried out pointing and a pipe replacement all within 2 days. Forwarded photos of pre stage and every stage up to completion. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. I could see how meticulous and careful they were with their work and also cleaned up after themselves before they left the premises. 5 stars all around!
