Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
