Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. We are very happy on the whole with the work done on our extension. The quality of the work is excellent and the team worked really hard, kept to their hours and left the place clean and tidy each day. There were a few extra jobs along the way that we asked if they could do and they were very happy to do these for us. There were some unexpected costs, but Peter always gave us price options so we didn't feel any pressure to pay a premium. The finishing touches took a while to complete but this was minor.

Kris was contracted to renovate my 4 bed home: chimney breast removal, structural engineering work to open up the living area and open plan kitchen, replastering walls including tearing down dated artex ceiling. Even out the floor of an old home with uneven planes and complete tiling and wood flooring, completely renovated two bathrooms and installing a utility room and a boiler, including a lot of plumbing work! He completed the job to a very high standard and is very reliable! On time & on budget!

EDITED: Hiring Edward was an expensive mistake. The door was designed/installed to my specifications but the door deteriorated after less than 1 year. Edward volunteered that a replacement door was required but then spent 2+ years delaying/avoiding me. No replacement/no reimbursement to date. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I write this feedback with a heavy heart as I have tried to partner with him on a fair solution to no avail.
