Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

Vern was very professional and did a great job on my damp proofing work, he plastered the whole wall after the work so there wasn't a distinctive line and also replaced my skirting board with new skirting. Overall very impressed with the work and will be using HM Building again for other building work needed!
