A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
