He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all.
