Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate.
