This Company is not responsible at all, before trusting any job, make sure you do all the checks and take the guaranteed letter or recommendations. Absolutely poor customer support, I could easily say NO Customer Support at all. Last moment cancellations without time given. Could not make proper calculations before taking the job. This Company is not reliable at all whatsoever. AVOID my all the means, in order not to be in trouble. This company are waisters

unfortunately not every customer is satisfied however you cancelled on us with just an hour or so notification as you had a delivery, calculations were made correctly however more was added in taking more time that agreed, due to an extreme circumstances we had to cancel however not given the time of day to be heard out, we have many satisfied customers unfortunately your not one of those.

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. Thanks

Great communication, extremely responsive and a hard worker. Arrived on time and didn't stop. Great value and would highly recommend.
