Guys were very quick in replying and getting the job done which needed to be done quickly but was expensive and wasn’t the best standard. Also paid for the grass to be taken away and half the refuse bin was full of grass which council couldn’t take away

The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all.
