I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied.
