Can’t recommend Dan highly enough. Professional, courteous and excellent communication regarding the job from quote to completion (removal of load bearing wall in kitchen which he cleaned and tidied afterwards). Booked work in, didn't turn up. Rescheduled, didn't turn up. Rescheduled again, didn't turn up. Very poor communication. Wouldn't refund my payment (£840) and now ignoring text messages. Very disappointing. I'm going to have to raise a dispute to get my money back.
