S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. I have had a disappointing service from this gentleman unfortunately he has not completed the work because we had disagreements about payment.He told he's rate is £1 per brick to lay, and in hes calculation was 370 bricks to build a bbq.We agreed to start in 2 days, he came late at 11.40am at about 4 pm when the work was nearing completion I counted the bricks and it was 220 so I said I owe £220 he got very angry and he left unfinished job I paid him £300 Next day had finish myself and clean mess he left

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.
