I recently had the pleasure of meeting Oscar, who helped to decorate my whole flat, and I am thrilled with the exceptional job he did. Not only did he provide a fair and reasonable quote but they always went above and beyond to accommodate an urgent request. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Amazing work. There is nothing to fault the work was not only completed to a really high standard but was completed in such a short time the garden will be ready for my disabled son. If anyone in the North London Area needs a gardener then this guy is your man

Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Thoroughly decent bloke.
