Petru did an excellent job fixing our Blink Floodlight/Camera, Ring Door Bell, Door Sign and Post Box. I was impressed with Petru's workmanship and professionalism. I have had a disappointing service from this gentleman unfortunately he has not completed the work because we had disagreements about payment.He told he's rate is £1 per brick to lay, and in hes calculation was 370 bricks to build a bbq.We agreed to start in 2 days, he came late at 11.40am at about 4 pm when the work was nearing completion I counted the bricks and it was 220 so I said I owe £220 he got very angry and he left unfinished job I paid him £300 Next day had finish myself and clean mess he left

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Jeff rang about my job within 30 minutes of submission. We sent him digital photographs of the site via the internet and he gave a reasonable quote which he stuck to. He was able to come to our house to do the job within 2 days. He did the whole job in one morning. Jeff was very professional and courteous. The retaining wall is exactly what we wanted. I've never seen or used this "Rated People" but I will definitely use it again. I would thoroughly recommend Jeff.
We had a day's rendering at the back of our house which needed doing. Andreas was polite, hard working and tidy. He's done a really good job which we're pleased with. I would definitely use his services again.
Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.
Amazing work. There is nothing to fault the work was not only completed to a really high standard but was completed in such a short time the garden will be ready for my disabled son. If anyone in the North London Area needs a gardener then this guy is your man
