The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Euan replaced my cat flap and front gate\fence in East Kilbride. He was reliable, punctual and did a fabulous job with no mess. I would definitely hire him again for future joinery work.

Absolutely delighted with both Siobhan and David. Siobhan was extremely understanding when organising David to come out to my mum’s job. I didn't employ them for the chimney repair but did get new soffits, gutters and facia from them. They started the job immediately and worked on through the rain for the next few days. We were pleased with the end result.

Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.

Really happy with the work done on our staircase. We needed urgent work done to create a new floor to ceiling bannister to keep one of our autistic sons safe. Very pleased with all the work (internal painting) carried out by Thomas. He was always punctual and was a clean and tidy worker - all work carried out to high standard. He took very good care of all floors and furnishings. I will use his services again and thoroughly recommend him.
