Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, polite and competent. Even so there was more time needed to complete the work final price was same as an estimate given at the start. Job was to fit new bath, sink, taps, and vinyl floor in a quite neglected small bathroom for my elderly father in law. Job was done perfectly and we would highly recommend and use Jason and his team in the future.

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Vinnie carried out works building new brick pillar to suit larger opening and alterations to existing pillar installed new aluminium garden gate along with new caps for pillars would highly recommend Vinnie’s service’s, works were carried out to a highly standard & area left clean & tidy on a daily basis.
