The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.
Excellent service. More than pleased with the work carried out. Infact after the initial tidying and hard pruning, we are now going to use Nigel to do some planting and landscaping. He charged me £800 for 3 hour's work. Got the front garden nicely sorted out but only removed the leaves from the back garden, leaving the weeds untouched. When I looked at his estimate, that was all he had said he would do, in spite of my agreeing verbally to £800 to sort out the whole garden. Be careful!

Quick to respond and get the work done. We needed big hedges cutting which was done but not as well as I have had them trimmed before. Bit disappointing considering the money paid. Especially since I had received a cheaper quote from another company. I went for speed of service rather than quality. A neighbour has had a similar experience with the same company. Perhaps they are better at paving than hedge trimming?

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
