You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.

Great stuff - thanks very much to Seb and the guys - turned my falling down and overgrown space into a lovely smart clean, rebuilt and usable garden space - did what they said and when they said - thank you!
