Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Living over 200 miles from my mum I was nervous about sending a stranger to her house to do a few jobs. Darren was courteous parient and so easy to work with I will be using him again. He cemented 3 loose paving stones, fixed the front door that wouldn't open, installed a cat flap and a key safe. Most importantly he rejected a job that needed a skilled roofer. They worked well with other trades, were good humoured, and did a good job. A very reasonable price. Would happily recommend and will have back when we do upstairs ceilings.

The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets.
