Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Well...what a job !! I cant fault Jim and his team for anything. Our toilet and shower building for our yurts at Looe Yurts is fantastic. The job was not without challenges - Covid-19, social distancing, lockdown and lack of supplies. However none of this phased Jim and his team. Its always tough trusting builders...cant think why, but these guys were ace. Polite, diligent and tidy and most importantly ON TIME & ON BUDGET. Even did a couple of extra bits too. No hesitation to recommend.
