Alan has done a fabulous job for us, the standard of finish has exceeded our expectations & the price was very competitive. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. I can't complain at all. We had a supporting wall removed, steels put in, fuse board upgrade and then it all made good at the end. Reliable and friendly blokes who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Mark was very thorough and professional throughout.

Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future

The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.

Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Workmanship was of the highest standard and he maintained open lines of communication at all times which kept us reassured. Highly recommended and the first person we will call for all future work. The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted
