Absolutely delighted with both Chris and the decking he has built. He arrived when he said he would, kept us up to date with progress and was a pleasure to work with. He's a tidy worker despite having to work in a small and hilly back garden. Would highly recommend.

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Excellent job, 10 out of 10! As a landlady I had few plasterers working for me, David is the best. His work, knowledge (all sorts of building issues) and attitude are more than just professional. To find one person for all of the jobs saves not just money but time and hassle. I will definitely work with him in the future

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Extremely hard working and what they say they do! Nothing has been a problem for them and they took a great deal of pride in ensuring that we were totally happy with the work done. Would highly recommend Ian, very Efficient, clean job from a respectful workman and his mate. An awkward shaped conservatory ceiling tackled well.
