They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. He and Steve worked extremely hard, did everything that I asked, cleared up impeccably, and finished on budget. They were courteous and helpful and I will happily recommend them.
