BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Its sometimes hard to find a builder who you can feel you can trust as you hear so many bad stories. Not once did he try to pull the wool over my eyes and operated with complete transparency. No build goes without a few hitches and mine was no exception, but when we had problems they were quickly overcome. When we did fall a little behind schedule effort was doubled and his team put in 10 our shifts and worked weekends to get back on track, at no extra cost to me. This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.
